S306 Brown Firing Clay
    S-306 Brown Firing Clay is textured stoneware clay, with 7% fine grog. Perfect for throwing and hand building. S-306 Brown Firing Clay is very similar to S-153 Clay except much richer colors and less grog. Shown on the left at Cone 4 oxidation has much deeper brown tones than S-153. The clay shown in the middle at Cone 6 oxidation becomes a  medium brown. Shown on the right at Cone 10 oxidation becomes a medium dark brown. In reduction the clay is a warm rich dark brown with fine speckling of lighter colors, as shown on the right.
