S211 Hazelnut Stoneware Clay (Cone 6)
    S-211 Hazelnut Stoneware Clay is one of the newest clays. S-211 Hazelnut is plastic clay for throwing and hand building.  At Cone 6 oxidation, it is a rich brown color usually associated with reduction firing.  The noticeable speckling is due to presence of fine grained fire clay which, when combined with 4% fine grog, increases the wet strength of the clay, thus allowing larger pieces to be thrown.
