The Amaco's Crystaltex Glazes Low Fire Series Cone 05-06 are packaged in pints. All of Amaco's Low Fire Crystaltex Glazes Series are nontoxic in the liquid form and are lead free nearly every glaze in the line is food-safe when properly fired in oxidation.  The  Amaco Low Fire Crystaltex Glazes Series is perfect for use with earthenware clays as well as low fire terra cotta clays.

All AMACOŽ glazes that carry the AP Non-Toxic seal in liquid form also carry the seal in dry form, but mixing instructions on the label should be followed to prevent dust to ensure safe use.

Product Information:

Amaco Crystaltex Glazes flow slightly during firing to achieve a smooth, high gloss finish. Firing range is Cone 05-06.

Cone 05-06. AMACO Crystaltex Glazes fire to a smooth, glossy finish at a witness Cone 05 (1915°F, 1046°C). Always slow fire lead free glazes for best results. Amaco Crystaltex Glazes flow slightly during firing to a high gloss finish, while correcting most application imperfections. .

AMACOŽ  Crystaltex Glazes are formulated for brushing application.
